But I Just Wanted to Shoot Something!

I'm sad. I spent the whole weekend freezing for no use. I didn't even get to shoot. It was the first year where I had a good, easy shot on a deer and it happened to be the year where the DNR changed its rules without telling anyone so I didn't, nor did anyone else in our party, get a doe permit. So, I just pointed my gun at it and said "Pew pew!" And that was all I could do. How depressing. Damn you DNR!
